Pastor Aljanon C. Wills

A native of Houston Texas, Reverend Aljanon C. Wills received his early education in Denver Colorado. His move to Atlanta Georgia led to fellowship with Stronghold Christian Church, serving in ministry under the pastorate of Drs. Benjamin and Sherry Gaither. Rev. Wills relocated to Richmond Virginia in 2001 and became the interim minister at Resurrection Lutheran Church for 2001-2004. During the spring of 2002, the late Rev. Dr. Leonidas B. Young II ordained Rev. Wills into God’s ministry at New Kingdom Christian Ministries. In 2016, under the Pastorate of Pastor Chris Moore, Rev. Wills was-ordained into pastoral ministry and served as Executive Pastor. In 2018, Pastor Wills was sent out to birth Transformation RVA, a 501 (c)3 community-based ministry. TRVA’s mission is to build strong spiritual communities by equipping individuals and organizations with technical and intellectual resources to help them achieve personal goals and corporate missions with the guidance, love and support of a caring faith community. Transformation RVA’s Motto is, “The Community is Our Church.” Aljanon is an entrepreneur. He founded several businesses in the healthcare and technology industries. He received his B.A. in Applied Behavioral Science from National Louis University; a Master of Divinity degree from the Samuel Dewitt Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University; a master’s degree in business administration, and Certificate of International Business from Virginia Commonwealth University. Reverend Wills is the husband of the lovely, Kim W. Wills. They have five delightful children: Rashaad, David, Lauren, Lydia, Langston, and a host of surrogate children he cannot claim on his taxes.
